Microsoft Office 365: Prevent Legit email from going to Junk
To prevent legit emails missing from your Inbox, we recommend disabling show "Focused and Other" in your Outlook Inbox and add the domain mmm.edu into Safe list in your Junk Email setting. Please follow the instructions below.
Login to your MMC Office 365 account through OneLogin or through https://outlook.office.com. In your Outlook, click on the icon of 
on the top right side to open Settings, then click on View all Outlook settings
In the page of Settings, click on Mail in the left column, then Layout in the center column to open the setting of Layout on right side. Then select Don’t sort my message under Focused Inbox to disable the sorting of Focused and Other in Inbox. And click on the button of Save to save the setting.
Next, select Junk email in the center column to open the setting of Junk email on the right side. Click on Add beneath Safe senders and domains and type in mmm.edu, then press the Enter key on your computer to add mmm.edu into the list. After mmm.edu showing up in the list, click on the button of Save.
