Having Trouble Connecting your device to the internet?
It happens! No worries, we have some solutions that may help you resolve your issue and get you connected in no time!
First thing, please make sure you are connecting to the correct network (see the correct networks below) . Also double check and make sure you are entering your MMC credentials correctly. If you do not have MMC credentials please click here to request login information.
1. Are you trying to access internet on the Main Campus? Please follow these instructions.
71st St Main Campus Wi-Fi
- Navigate to Network settings and select “MMC71W
- Click Continue/Trust to trust certificate.
- You may be prompted to enter your computer login credentials to authenticate this on some devices.
- Enter your MMC Credentials to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
2. Are you trying to access internet at a dorm (55th St)? Please follow these instructions.
55th St Resident Hall Wi-Fi
- Navigate to Network settings and select “MMC55W
- Click Continue/Trust to trust certificate.
- You may be prompted to enter your computer login credentials to authenticate this on some devices.
- Enter your MMC Credentials to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
3. Need to connect your gaming or IOT device? (Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Amazon Echo etc.) Click Here
