How to Create a Rule for Messages (to auto file into a sub-folder)
1. In your Outlook Application, go to Message > Rules > Create New Rule .
2. In the Rules "pop up" window, adjust the settings as needed:

Title your Rule
- Add the FROM email (if it doesn't auto populate. e.g. noreply@box.com.)
- Confirm TO email (if you have more than one INBOX you are monitoring)
- Add Subject or KeyWords

Confirm 'Move To' action and 'Select a folder' and click SAVE.
