uBlock Origin- Whitelisting

Marymount Manhattan College uses the uBlock Origin Chrome extension to block advertisements on Google Chrome.

Some sites may require adblocker to be disabled to use their services, such as YouTube, Netflix, and others.

How to Whitelist a website with uBlock Origin for Google Chrome

1. In Chrome, select the puzzle piece icon in the toolbar on the top right of the window and click uBlock Origin.

2. On the site you wish to whitelist, click the blue power button and hit the arrow refresh button that pops up next to it.

3. Once the power button is grey, uBlock is not currently blocking ads on the site.

4. To blacklist, or restart adblocking on the site, reverse the process and ensure the power button is blue to indicate uBlock is active.
