Reactivation of the Custom Reports Access/Token.

Please follow the instructions below:

Update Izenda Token in WebAdmin

1. Open WebAdmin application using a supervisor operator login.

2. Navigate to “Custom Reports 🡪 Report List” from the main menu. If your custom reports license is expired, an error message will appear on the screen as it is shown on the image below:

3. Press on the link to open License Update form.

4. Press on the “Download” button to obtain the latest license key or copy in the key manually into the “Token” field. OneCard Support can provide you with the key if needed.

5. Press on the “Save” button to update the license.
